On March 29th, at the Bridgeport Public Library Downtown, DreamLifeWorks Inc. is hosting the Black Wall Street Festival 2.0. This event will serve as a source of history, pride, and most of all, a vision into what commerce looks like when it's shared, controlled, and kept within the minority community. Black Wall Street, a prominent and booming African American Community in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was burned down in the early 20th century, in the worst race riot in U.S. History. Unfortunately, many people never heard or learned about this important time in our history, but this event serves as a platform to bring it back. This event is free and it's suitable for all ages. For more information or to register, please email us at dreamlifeworksinc@gmail.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
